1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

จาก LINE Login: LINE user ID ชื่อที่แสดงใน LINE และรูปโปรไฟล์ เราไม่ได้รับอีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือรายชื่อเพื่อนใน LINE ของคุณ เรายังบันทึกด้วยว่าคุณเพิ่ม LINE Official Account ของเราเป็นเพื่อนหรือไม่

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

ให้บริการบทเรียน ควิซ mock test และรายงานผล รวมถึงระบบทบทวนข้อที่ผิด (ฐานทางกฎหมาย: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
ยืนยันการชำระเงิน เปิดใช้งานแพ็กเกจ และแจ้งผลทาง LINE (การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายด้านบัญชีและภาษี)
ให้รางวัลแนะนำเพื่อนและส่วนแบ่งพาร์ตเนอร์ และตรวจสอบว่าเบอร์และบัญชี PromptPay เป็นของผู้รับรางวัลเอง (การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา และประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการป้องกันการทุจริต)
ส่งข้อความ LINE แจ้งข่าว mock test ชุดใหม่ ไม่เกินสัปดาห์ละ 2 ข้อความ (ฐานทางกฎหมาย: ความยินยอม เลิกรับได้โดยบล็อกหรือลบ LINE Official Account ของเรา)

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณาของบุคคลอื่น

3. ใครเห็นข้อมูลของคุณ

ผู้ให้บริการที่เราใช้: Supabase (ฐานข้อมูลและที่เก็บไฟล์ ตั้งอยู่ที่สิงคโปร์) Cloudflare (เว็บโฮสติ้ง) LINE (เข้าสู่ระบบและส่งข้อความ) และ Google Fonts (ฟอนต์บนเว็บ) ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น และบางรายอาจเก็บข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม

4. เก็บไว้นานเท่าไร

ข้อมูลบัญชีและการเรียน: ตราบที่คุณยังมีบัญชี และลบภายใน 30 วันหลังคุณขอลบบัญชี
รายการชำระเงิน สลิป และประวัติรางวัล: เก็บตามเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด แล้วจึงลบ
รายงานปัญหา: จนกว่าจะแก้เสร็จ และไม่เกิน 2 ปี

5. ผู้เยาว์

ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ถ้าคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ผู้ปกครองต้องอ่านนโยบายนี้ร่วมกับคุณและให้ความยินยอมก่อนสมัครและก่อนซื้อแพ็กเกจ ผู้ปกครองติดต่อเราเพื่อขอดูหรือลบข้อมูลของบุตรหลานได้

6. สิทธิของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิขอดูและขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบ ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ (การถอนความยินยอมไม่กระทบการใช้ข้อมูลที่ทำไปแล้วก่อนถอน) ส่งคำขอได้ทาง LINE Official Account @satmathsimplify หรืออีเมล [อีเมลติดต่อ] เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน คุณยังร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

7. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลที่ส่งผ่านเว็บไซต์เข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS ไฟล์สลิปและภาพหน้าจอเก็บในพื้นที่ส่วนตัว ซึ่งเปิดได้เฉพาะเจ้าของไฟล์และผู้ดูแลระบบ บทเรียนแบบเสียเงินและเฉลยข้อสอบเปิดได้เฉพาะผู้มีสิทธิ และมีเพียงผู้ดูแลระบบที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้นที่เข้าถึงข้อมูลผู้เรียนได้

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

ถ้าเราแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ในส่วนที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนเว็บไซต์หรือทาง LINE ก่อนมีผล

Privacy policy

SAT Math Simplify (satmathsimplify.com) is run by [operator name] ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). SAT and Bluebook are trademarks of College Board. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board. All lessons, questions and mock tests are written by us and are not College Board materials, and estimated scores are not official SAT scores.

1. What we collect

From LINE Login: your LINE user ID, display name and profile picture. We do not receive your email, phone number or LINE friend list. We also record whether you have added our LINE Official Account.
What you enter: your language, SAT date, where you chose to start, and when you accepted this policy.
Your learning: lessons studied, quiz results and answers, mistakes for review, vocabulary reviews, weekly study time (used only when you tap "Share my progress"), and mock test results (answers, time taken and estimated scores).
Payments: your orders (plan, amount, discount code) and the payment slip images you upload. We never see or store your bank account details or passwords.
Referral program: if you choose cash rewards, the full name and the mobile number linked to your PromptPay that you enter, and your reward history.
Problem reports: your message, a screenshot if you attach one, and the page you reported.
Technical data: roughly which country you are in, from your IP address, the link or website that first brought you (such as a referral code or utm tag), and the devices you are signed in on (browser type and last use), to keep accounts to 2 devices.
In your browser: we use local storage for your language, some progress, and a random key that lets you take Mock 1 without logging in. We use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

2. What we use it for

Providing lessons, quizzes, mock tests, reports and mistake review (legal basis: our contract with you).
Confirming payments, activating plans and telling you on LINE (contract, and our accounting and tax duties).
Giving referral rewards and partner shares, and checking that the mobile number and PromptPay account belong to the person getting the reward (contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud).
LINE messages about new mocks, at most 2 a week (consent; stop them by blocking or removing our LINE Official Account).
Fixing problems you report, improving lessons and questions, and seeing which channels bring students (legitimate interest).
Preventing account sharing (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for other companies' advertising.

3. Who sees your data

Service providers: Supabase (database and file storage, in Singapore), Cloudflare (web hosting), LINE (login and messages) and Google Fonts (web fonts). They process data only on our instructions. Some may store data outside Thailand; we choose providers with proper data protection.
Authorities: only when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Account and learning data: while you have an account, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete it.
Orders, slips and reward history: for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.
Problem reports: until resolved, and no longer than 2 years.

5. Minors

Most of our students are under 20. If you are under 20, a parent or guardian must read this policy with you and agree before you sign up and before you buy a plan. Parents can contact us to see or delete their child's data.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see and get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to how we use it, move it to another service, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect what was done before). Send requests through our LINE Official Account @satmathsimplify or by email to [contact email]. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. Security

Data sent to and from the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Slips and screenshots are kept in private storage that only their owner and our administrators can open. Paid lessons and answer keys open only for people with access, and only authorized administrators can see student data.

8. Changes

If we make an important change to this policy, we will say so on the website or on LINE before it takes effect.
