ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการใช้งาน SAT Math Simplify (satmathsimplify.com) ที่ดำเนินการโดย [ชื่อผู้ให้บริการ] ("เรา") เมื่อสมัครหรือซื้อแพ็กเกจ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ถ้าคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ผู้ปกครองต้องอ่านและยินยอมด้วย
1. บริการของเรา
คอร์สออนไลน์เตรียมสอบ SAT พาร์ต Math มีบทเรียน ควิซ คลังโจทย์ และ mock test ที่จำลองรูปแบบข้อสอบจริง SAT และ Bluebook เป็นเครื่องหมายการค้าของ College Board ทั้งนี้ College Board ไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับเว็บไซต์นี้และไม่ได้รับรองเว็บไซต์นี้ บทเรียนและโจทย์ทั้งหมดเราเขียนขึ้นเอง ไม่ได้คัดลอกมาจาก College Board หรือสำนักพิมพ์อื่น เครื่องคิดเลข Desmos เป็นบริการของ Desmos Studio PBC เราลิงก์ไปเปิดในแท็บใหม่
คะแนนจาก mock test เป็นคะแนนประมาณเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คะแนนทางการ และเราไม่รับประกันคะแนนสอบจริงของคุณ
2. บัญชีของคุณ
- สมัครและเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย LINE หนึ่งบัญชีใช้ได้คนเดียว
- ใช้งานพร้อมกันได้สูงสุด 2 เครื่อง ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบเครื่องที่ 3 เครื่องที่เข้าสู่ระบบไว้นานที่สุดจะออกจากระบบอัตโนมัติ
- ห้ามใช้บัญชีร่วมกับผู้อื่นหรือขายต่อสิทธิการใช้งาน เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ใช้ร่วมกัน
3. แพ็กเกจและราคา
- ฟรี: บทที่ 0 ถึง 2 ส่วนคำศัพท์ และ Mock 1 พร้อมรายงานแบบสรุป
- SAT Math Pass: ทุกบทเรียนและ mock test ทุกชุด พร้อมรายงานเต็ม ใช้ได้ 6 เดือน
- Mock Pack: mock test ทุกชุดพร้อมรายงานเต็ม ไม่รวมบทเรียน ใช้ได้ 3 เดือน ต่ออายุไม่ได้ แต่ระหว่างที่ยังใช้ได้ อัปเกรดเป็น Pass ได้โดยจ่ายส่วนต่าง
- ต่ออายุ: เพิ่ม 3 เดือนสำหรับผู้มี SAT Math Pass
- ราคาแสดงบนหน้าเว็บตอนสั่งซื้อ ราคาเปิดตัวมีวันสิ้นสุดที่แสดงไว้ ทุกแพ็กเกจจ่ายครั้งเดียว ไม่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ

4. การชำระเงิน
- จ่ายผ่าน PromptPay QR ตามยอดที่แสดงให้ตรง แล้วอัปโหลดสลิป เราจะตรวจและเปิดใช้งานภายใน 12 ชั่วโมง และแจ้งทาง LINE
- แพ็กเกจเริ่มนับวันใช้งานเมื่อเราอนุมัติการชำระเงิน ถ้าสลิปไม่ถูกต้อง (ยอดไม่ตรง โอนผิดบัญชี ภาพไม่ชัด หรือสลิปเคยใช้แล้ว) เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบและไม่เปิดใช้งานแพ็กเกจ
- ถ้าส่งสลิปปลอมหรือสลิปของผู้อื่น เราจะระงับบัญชี
5. ไม่มีการคืนเงิน
การซื้อทุกรายการยกเลิกไม่ได้และไม่มีการคืนเงิน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้คืน ถ้าเว็บไซต์ใช้งานไม่ได้เพราะปัญหาฝั่งเรา เราจะเพิ่มวันใช้งานชดเชยเท่ากับวันที่เสียไป ถ้าโอนเงินเกินหรือซื้อซ้ำโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ติดต่อเราภายใน 7 วัน เราจะตรวจสอบเป็นกรณีไป
6. โค้ดแนะนำเพื่อนและโค้ดพาร์ตเนอร์
- โค้ดใช้ได้กับการซื้อครั้งแรกเท่านั้น: ลด 200 บาทสำหรับ SAT Math Pass หรือ 100 บาทสำหรับ Mock Pack ใช้กับการอัปเกรดหรือต่ออายุไม่ได้ ตอนนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะในประเทศไทย
- ผู้แนะนำได้รางวัลเมื่อเราอนุมัติการซื้อครั้งแรกของเพื่อนแล้ว: ถ้าเพื่อนซื้อ Pass ได้วันใช้งานเพิ่ม 1 เดือน หรือเงินสด 200 บาท ถ้าเพื่อนซื้อ Mock Pack ได้วันใช้งานเพิ่ม 15 วัน หรือเงินสด 100 บาท
- เงินสดโอนผ่าน PromptPay เท่านั้น เดือนละครั้ง เข้าเบอร์มือถือที่ผูกกับ PromptPay ของผู้แนะนำเอง (บัญชีต้องเป็นชื่อของผู้แนะนำ) ได้สูงสุด 20 ครั้งต่อปี หลังจากนั้นรางวัลจะเปลี่ยนเป็นวันใช้งาน ถ้าคุณยังไม่มีแพ็กเกจ วันใช้งานที่ได้จะเก็บไว้จนกว่าคุณจะซื้อแพ็กเกจ
- ห้ามใช้โค้ดของตัวเอง ห้ามสร้างบัญชีที่สองหรือบัญชีปลอมเพื่อรับรางวัล เรายกเลิกรางวัลที่ได้มาโดยไม่สุจริตได้
- พาร์ตเนอร์ได้ส่วนแบ่งตามข้อตกลงที่ทำแยกกับเรา
7. สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ
- คัดลอก ดาวน์โหลด เผยแพร่ หรือขายบทเรียน โจทย์ เฉลย หรือ mock test ทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน
- ใช้โปรแกรมดึงข้อมูลจากเว็บ พยายามเข้าถึงส่วนที่ไม่ได้ซื้อ หรือรบกวนระบบ
- คุกคามหรือกลั่นแกล้งผู้เรียนคนอื่น
8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
บทเรียน ภาพเคลื่อนไหว โจทย์ คำอธิบาย และเนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์เป็นของเรา คุณใช้ได้เพื่อการเรียนของตัวเองเท่านั้น การแชร์ผลคะแนนหรือความคืบหน้าของคุณผ่านปุ่มแชร์ทำได้ตามปกติ
9. การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี
คุณขอลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ แต่จะไม่ได้รับเงินคืนสำหรับวันใช้งานที่เหลือ เราระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ได้โดยไม่คืนเงิน
10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เราพยายามให้เนื้อหาถูกต้องและเว็บไซต์ใช้งานได้ตลอด แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือการหยุดชะงัก ถ้าพบข้อผิดพลาด กดแจ้งปัญหาได้ เราจะแก้ไข เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดรวมของเราต่อคุณจะไม่เกินยอดเงินที่คุณจ่ายให้เราใน 12 เดือนล่าสุด

ถ้าเราแก้ไขข้อกำหนดในส่วนที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนเว็บไซต์หรือทาง LINE ก่อนมีผล การเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่กระทบแพ็กเกจที่คุณซื้อไปแล้ว

Terms of use

These terms apply to SAT Math Simplify (satmathsimplify.com), run by [operator name] ("we"). By signing up or buying a plan, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you are under 20, a parent or guardian must read and agree to them too.
1. Our service
Our service is an online course for the Math section of the SAT. It has lessons, quizzes, practice questions and mock tests in the real test's format. SAT and Bluebook are trademarks of College Board. This website is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board. We write all lessons and questions ourselves; none are copied from College Board or any other publisher. The Desmos calculator is a service of Desmos Studio PBC, which we link to and open in a new tab.
Mock test scores are estimates only, not official scores, and we do not guarantee your real test score.
2. Your account
- You sign up and log in with LINE. One account is for one person.
- An account can be signed in on at most 2 devices at once. Signing in on a third device signs out the one that has been signed in longest.
- Do not share your account or resell access. We may suspend shared accounts.
3. Plans and prices
- Free: lessons 0 to 2, vocabulary, and Mock 1 with a summary report.
- SAT Math Pass: every lesson and every mock test with full reports, for 6 months.
- Mock Pack: every mock test with full reports, no lessons, for 3 months. It cannot be extended. While it is active, you can upgrade to the Pass by paying the difference.
- Extension: 3 more months for SAT Math Pass holders.
- Prices are shown on the site when you order. A launch price shows its end date. Every plan is a one-time payment and never renews by itself.
- Your plan includes 15 mock tests, all open from the day your plan starts, and we may improve or add lessons while your plan is active.
4. Payment
- Pay the exact amount shown with the PromptPay QR, then upload your slip. We check it and activate your plan within 12 hours, and tell you on LINE.
- Your plan starts when we approve the payment. If a slip is not valid (wrong amount, wrong account, unreadable, or already used), we tell you and do not activate the plan.
- If you send a fake slip or someone else's slip, we will suspend your account.
5. No refunds
All sales are final; there are no refunds, except where the law requires one. If the site cannot be used because of a problem on our side, we add the lost days back to your plan. If you paid too much or bought twice by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will look at it case by case.
6. Referral and partner codes
- A code works on a first purchase only: 200 THB off the SAT Math Pass or 100 THB off a Mock Pack. It does not apply to upgrades or extensions. For now, codes work in Thailand only.
- The referrer earns a reward once the friend's first purchase is approved: 1 extra month or 200 THB cash for a Pass, 15 extra days or 100 THB cash for a Mock Pack.
- Cash is paid by PromptPay only, once a month, to the mobile number linked to the referrer's own PromptPay account, which must be in the referrer's name, at most 20 times a year; after that, rewards become extra days. Without a plan, earned days are kept until you buy one.
- Do not use your own code or create second or fake accounts to earn rewards. We may cancel rewards gained dishonestly.
- Partners earn a share under a separate agreement with us.
7. What you may not do
- Copy, download, publish or sell our lessons, questions, answers or mock tests, in whole or in part.
- Use scrapers, try to reach parts you have not paid for, or disrupt the service.
- Harass or abuse other students.
8. Intellectual property
The lessons, animations, questions, explanations and all other content on the site belong to us. You may use them for your own study only. Sharing your own scores or progress with the share buttons is fine.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time, but remaining plan time is not refunded. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without a refund.
10. Limits of our liability
We work to keep the content correct and the site running, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. If you find a mistake, use "Report a problem" and we will fix it. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make an important change, we will say so on the website or on LINE before it takes effect. Changes do not affect plans you have already bought.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
