Percent questions show up often on the Digital SAT Math section: discounts, tax, interest and changes in data. The trap is usually knowing what the percent is of.

This lesson starts with percent basics, then covers percent increase and decrease, including why going up 20% and then down 20% does not bring you back to the start.
